    Ball python under fridge.
Bad news, my python escaped. Good news, I found it under my fridge. Any suggestions on how to get it without killing it? Thanks in advance.

Get a hand truck and move the fridge very carefully, or trick it into coming out with some food, live prey in a well vented box on the floor at night

Depends on the fridge, the room, and the actual location of the snake.

Is the snake in the fridge in a place that tilting or sliding the fridge out will not harm the snake?

    Or,

Is the snake laying on the ground under the fridge where tilting or sliding the fridge out may harm the snake?

You may unplug the fridge and then provide a better heat option near the fridge. A red heat lamp and hide near by may work.

If it is close to feed day that could work as well.

I've seen people on here lure their escapee out by using a f/t prey.

The fridge is providing a warm spot so unplugging it will help then lure with food or if you have used rat/mouse bedding use that also.
