    Warm/cool to the touch
When I get my snake out of the warm hide in his enclosure, he is very warm. When I get him out of the humid/cold hide, he is cold to the touch (go figure). Just want to make sure that it's normal or if I should heat up the cold side some more. Thanks!

    Three words COLD BLOODED CREATURES

They cannot generate their own heat therefore if on the warm side your snake will be warm if on the cool side your snake will be cool, which is why proper temperature range is important

Depends on what temp the cold side is. If it is at least 75Fto 79F you should be fine. Don't need it over 80F and if it lower than that then I would guess your ambient temps are too low.
