    im new to breeding bps and the whole morph & genetics thing, i have a male enchi and a female calico, i want to add pastel and YB to my project, what gender should i get if im going to purchase a pastel YB? any input would be appreciated. tia :)

    Depends on the gender of the hold back offspring from the first pairing!

    Purchase a female pastel yellowbelly now. Plan on holding back a male calico enchi. That way even if you dont get what you are looking for the first clutch your female will be big enough to breed. You should get results faster this way.
