New Golden Retriever Puppy

Been some time since I've posted, but thought I'd share a few pictures of our newest addition of the furry kind. In February we had to say goodbye to our beloved Diamond, our golden retriever/shepard mix. She was 15 1/2 years old and was the best dog ever. We still miss her.

We thought we would wait longer before bringing home a new pup, and we talked about adopting a puppy at the shelter, but we've been wanting a golden retriever, and if our next dog lives as long as Diamond did, I knew it would be another 15 years before we'd have an opening for a new pup, so I wanted to get our GR now.

This is Noah, and his name represents a "new beginning" in our life.

Goldens are such cute puppies! I grew up next door to a very sweet one named Abby, her owners have a different one now, they love the breed.
