Whats the name of this?

i need to know how is this sport called my friend wants to try it but we dont even know the name
we tried searching for sky diving but its not the same
if someone can help or someone has tried it before?

It would help if you explained what they were doing better. Just from the picture, it looks like skydiving.

Looks like tandem paragliding to me. It allows a person to paraglide without all the training.
It's fun though, good luck!!:)
