David Wolf / Tornado Valley Reptiles: Fantastic Customer Service

I just wanted to post a positive review for David Wolf of Tornado Valley Reptiles because of his excellent customer service.

I was purchasing a beautiful super pastel axanthic female from him, and had sent him the money, when suddenly I had an unexpected financial difficulty come up. :( He was so kind and understanding and immediately issued a full refund for me even though I offered to honor my commitment to purchase the animal since I had already agreed to it. Does customer service get any better than that? He was very prompt, answered questions, and was all-around a pleasure to do business with.

I will definitely be looking up his animals once I have saved a little money again. In the meantime, I will do what I can and just leave a positive review!
