Craft clays safe for BPs?

Hey all, I was curious if craft clays were safe to use around a BP? I've been wanting to build my BP a hide out of craft clay or some other substance, but I didn't want to do so if it wasn't safe for him to be around. I've been trying to find a skull big enough online, but I have had no luck and I asked a couple of my ceramic friends, but they're too busy to build me one out of proper clay. TYIA!

This should be fine. I know many people who have done this.
