    Well basically most people use it to help raise the humidity of their enclosures. You can use it in a hide to help make a humid hide, etc, etc.
    Most petco's and most lawn care/floral shops care it.

    If you search you can find it but only if you add the H so it reads SPHAGNUM. It's not necessity but sometimes used to alleviate humidity or to filla humid hide. Why do you think you might need it?

    I use it to fill some space in my warm hide, it also helps keep the humidity up on that side as it is under the heat lamp and over the heat mat.

    the reason is that the humidity is never hi enough even though i cover part of the top with towels and i have a huge water dish the humidity always stays at (40-43) on my digital hydgrometer and i know it should be up to about 50-55
