Seriously you can't tell by looking - maybe try finding members close to you who know how to sex them?

Unless you're planning on breeding, it's gender is whatever you want it to be. I promise the snake doesn't care if you give it a super manly name and it turns out to be a girl or vice versa (I'm partial to Polly Prissypants, but I've been watching too much south park lately).

Just take it to a vet and ask them to do it?

Probing or popping is the only way to tell the gender

Ask the local vets or pet stores if anyone is familiar with sexing snakes. I got lucky. My manager was a breeder
