use a larger water bowl or more than one bowl, put the bowl over the heating pad, make the diy humid hide and/or humidifier, place a damp towel over the top of the enclosure, don't use a bulb for heat--use a heating pad, put a humidifier in the room to get the overall humidity up, make sure you are measuring your humidity with a digital hygrometer like the accurite and not with an analog one because the analog one may be giving you an incorrect reading.

as always Mlededee nailed it - one other thing is switch substrates to something like eco-earth or bed a beast (brick of ground cocnut husk that you soak in water to expand and thus they hold moisture very well - or throw some good ol' sphagnum in with the substrate - it too holds humidity very well. :) Other than that Mlededee covered it.

it raises humidity?
where can i get me some?

They sell it at most pet stores, even garden centers.
I know they have plenty of it at Petco, if you have one near you, i would take a little trip over there.
Also, when its time for shedding, i just cover a little more than half of the top and mist once a day, it stays at 80 percent, when the snakes are not shedding it still just stays at 60, i really dont have a humidity probem but when i need to raise it, that works, also filling up the water bowl up the the brim raises it a bit.
