I was thinking it was scale rot but it doesnt smell. But the browning is there. what do you guys think i should do? i was thinking if there arent any signs of improvement by next shed then a trip to the vet would be reasonable.

It looks like that snake may be rubbing, from what I can tell from the pics -- trying to wedge its head in or through something.

If you're using a rack, look at the lip of the tub. Try to see if it is at all sharp, rough, or there's a fraction of an inch for the snake to try and push into or anything in the cage itself. Try to spend a long period of time watching the snake to see what it does. Granted, I could be wrong, but that sure looks like rubbing/pushing damage, especially on the lower jaw. If so, fixing anything it can damage itself and re-checking all the normal husbandry stuff will hopefully curb the behavior.

I remember seeing very similar photos in another thread, and it was determined to be rubbing damage. The keeper observed the snake trying to push its head through the small gap between the tub and shelf. Since two of yours have the same marks, I think it's a good bet that's what it is.
