Problem posting pics with iPad.

For some reason I'm having a heck of a time trying to post pictures from my gallery. I have no problem getting them into my gallery. But moving them to a post is making me crazy. I also tried tapatalk, but was not getting the same screens as show in the tutorial. It seems like I'm not getting the whole URL on my screen, to do it straight from gallery. I'm on a iPad. I did it in the past, But can't get it to now. Please help.

Above the chat box there is a bunch of Word Tools, middle row, 4th from the right should be a "Insert Image" button. (Make sure you have the picture URL copied) paste the URL and Add image :)
