My BP is in shed, waht do I do?!?

I sprayed his cage down, But im not sure on what else am I suspose to do. Do I still feed him because its time for him to feed? Please help me. You can obviously see that this is his first time sheding for me.

id say dont feed him, as i try to avoid it, only because its more stress for them. (try eating something whole while your skin is about to peel off). dont handle at all, and keep your humidity at 70% or higher along with proper temps. then all you have to do is wait.

His eyes are like the color of the sky. How long will it take him to shed?

I think they usually stay with bluish eyes for 2 to 3 days and then they will have clear eyes for about 2 days afterward. At that point, they usually shed.

This may not be true for every snake, but this how Issa typically sheds.

about a week, give or take a few days. once his eyes clear up again it will be about a day or two and you should have a freshly shed snake.

They normally will refuse food when in shed. As mentioned, from the time their eyes go blue to the time they actually shed is about a week, give or take a couple days. Also, you may want to bump up the humidity a bit to help with shedding. What is your humidity at now?

right now its pretty high. I would say around 80%.

70 to 80% humidity is fine for shed, but you don't want it to go above that.

It sounds like you're not sure. Do you have a humidity gauge to get a good reading of the humidity in the cage? It's best to not guess at things like humidity and temperatures.

As has been said, provide correct temperatures, humidity at about 70-80%, and leave him/her alone to do their thing. The rest is a waiting game. :)

Well, it seems like the digital thermometer is always off on humidity. It alwasy says its like 50% humid in there even though i soak it down with mist. Its weird. And for the reason that I said it was around 80% in there, is because I just misted the cage down, and the guage was not done reading the %'s yet. So I did a rough guess of were it should be at when its done.
