Which is more preferable?
I have a ceramic heat lamp for the nights which hold the humidity perfectly, and heat as well. I want to switch the day bulb. I was looking into the zilla blue and red bulbs. Which one is better to use as a day heat bulb?

Snakes do not require bulbs at all, I did used to use a red bulb at night during winter though but heat pads work best for snakes. You can use a bulb if you want. Red bulbs are better IMO, but the blue wont hurt them either.
They put out the heat needed for the BP as well right?
