    Ratso, the Disappearing Rat!
I came home with a feeder and my Boa was 100% burrowed. I had no idea where she was. So as soon as the rat hit the Aspen I hit "record".

Lol funny. Vicky does the same thing when she is hungry, goes into ninja snake mode under her aspen. Rosie is too big to do that unless I give her like 4-5" deep of aspen lol.

The bad thing was she had a huge mouthful of Aspen that she was trying to spit out before feeding. She will not let me help her get it out. So she ends up swallowing it, and then feeds.

I know Rosie is a 6 footer, Pandora is 5 Ft, and has about 3 1/2 inches of Aspen and manages to disappear, but she is thin.

Ouch lol. She is 5' if I remember right? If so a few chips of aspen wont hurt her. Its the babies that I would be careful of and not use big shaving aspen with them. Rosey has hissed at me a couple times when I grabbed her head to pick aspen out of her mouth while she is holding her rat but other than that, she is usually pretty good. Dottie doesn't seem to really care that much and Vicky is still fairly new so she isn't a big fan of it yet and hissed at me the last time I did it lol. Kind of cute having this little boa hiss at you with a mouthful of mouse. I pre kill all my rats when I bring them home so I kind of can avoid the whole mouthful of aspen deal.
