feeding day at the Ladies house
So today was feeding day for the snakes we keep at my girlfriends house. Stella was a pita today she was staring them down and all coiled up ready to strike but she would not move to get the mice... she just sat there coiled for like 5 minutes till i pushed the mouse basiclly into her face, this happen for the fallowing 3 mice... johnny is our cali king his feeding was kinda funny... he loves to hide under the news paper and as soon as i dropped in the hopper he shot out but didnt get a full on bite, basically got a scruff of fur and pulled it under the new paper and went crazy balling up on it, kinda looked like one of those cartoon scenes with the cats fighting under the carpet i made sure the hopper couldnt bite him, the next one he basically snatched out of the air and made quick work with... now roland has not eaten for us since we got him back in march, at first it looked like he was uninterested every time the rat came near him he shot back.... eventually the rat came up to his face and sat there but the moment it turned it gave him a shot at the side and he struck hard and fast, we both jumped for joy when it happened... now everyone is happy with a nice food bump and were extra happy roland finally took his first meal for us

It's such a great feeling when everyone eats.
