I just take it out in the moring and let it thaw out for about 2 or three hours just to make sure its nice and thawed. Then i place it on a heating pad so it gets nice and warm, then i feed it.

    Ooooooh, last night was fun
A good method, if you can, is to take it out of the freezer the night before feeding, and put it in the crisper of your fridge, like you'd do if you were taking steaks out for the next day. The rodent will sit in the less cooler fridge temperatures and thaw out perfectly, but still stay cold and fresh. Then when it's feeding time later the next day, take the bagged rodent and submerge it in some hot tap water for a few minutes to warm it evenly, then offer it to your snake. :)
