    Housing male mice together?
I think I just may have made a mistake. I recently bought a female vanilla ball python who has been live fed for two years. I have tried to offer her F/T but she acted very scared of it. I breed ASFs and after four weeks of trying to feed this ball python F/T, I offered her two live ASFs which she took quite quickly. But currently I do not have anymore ASFs for her (I have two litters but they still have their eyes closed. Obviously way too tiny). I am still trying to get the snake to take F/T but she needs to eat something so I bought 8 adult mice. 6 of those turned out to be male. I only have two tubs/cages for the mice right now and I put the two females in one and the males in another. My fear is that the males will kill each other off before I even get the chance to feed them to my ball python. Will this happen? I will be feeding the ball python 2 mice per week which means the males will be housed together for at least 3 weeks. Am I okay or am I going to wake up to a battle field tomorrow morning?

Put a male in each cage and/or feed them off first.

The males might kill each other, usually if they've been housed together they should be fine. More often than not what I've found is that they are breeding age males they will try to neuter each other with their teeth.

Yep, don't house them together, they fight to the death 90% of the time.

If they have been together since they were weaned then no worries. If not they will rip each other apart.

    That's not necessarily true either.

Going off my experience raising them. All my weans go into tubs together and don't remember them ever fighting. If they get a little older though they fight bad.
