    Central American Boa questions...
Evidently this is a broad term for several kinds of boas. I would love to know which specific kinds are under this broad name. Also, who has them and what are they like? Why is it so hard to find care sheets on them?

    1.2 Normal
    1.1 Red-tail
    0.1 Albino corn

Check out Vin Russo's site, Cutting Edge Herps. It has a list with pictures of CA boas. Him and Legacy Reptiles would be the places I would look at if you are interested in locality boas. As far as I know, their care is the same as any other BCI as CA boas are still BCIs.

If a boa is designated simply CA, that is a general term for the entire Central American locality. Usually these have some kind of hereditary color morph like T+ albino etc. Some pure locality CAs are nicaraguans, argentinians and usually contain their unique patterning to that locality. CA care is the exact same as BCI. However, they do not grow as big and can have lesser feeding responses IMO. If I'm wrong about the locality info someone please correct me.
