    Overnight hot spot
I am setting up a doublestack enclosure i built. I converted the bottom for a bearded dragon....removed uth and added a light socket for a MVB. I am seeing what the temps do now.

The upper section floor i intend to have a ball or boa in. My question is, is it ok for the nighttime hotspot to go to ambient because right now the hotspot on the upper floor is 99 degrees with the uth not plugged in. Or should i turn the uth on at night when i turn off the dragon lights?
