    proper weight?
Hey all I've had loki my noemal bp a few weeks now and just picked up a digital scale to weigh him. I was told by the previous owner that they thought he/she was about a year old. Loki is about 20 inches long, but only weighs 155 grams as of today, and this is after 2 weeks of feeding. (First week he got a hopper, next a rap pup.) According to the average growth chart I found online, that would put him in between 3 and 4 months old. Now he's not malnourished, he seems fine, active, no belly concave and you can't see his bones or anything. I was just hoping someone might be able to tell me if the previous owner was just blowing smoke and he's really 3 to 4 months? There's a few pics of loki in my album. I do not know if loki is male or female, I will not risk trying to probe him/her myself.

Your estimate sounds about right to where my yellow belly was at 4 or 5 months. I would say PO over estimated.

Looked at pics. Looks a bit skinny to me, but for sure if you had a 1 yr old it would be super malnourished at that weight. Mine is 6 months old and her 350 is a little low.
