possible tail suck? askin advice
so i have noticed a few subtle changes in my female hypo, did go through a three week spell of being extremely bright alongside of refusing meals, being very strange for her as she has never refused any meal. after being bright she shed; and went back onto food, though in the last week her personality has changed dramatically from being very calm and uncaring of my presence to basically agitated and jumpy to the simplist of things even filling of her water bowl. Today i noticed her tail was very "scrunched" looking so i i grabbed my phone lifted her tail and took a quick shot of it which looks very similar to a tail suck, though i am not seeing the "lump" of an ov.... and she has been hugging the back of the cage where the heat tape is set at 89 degrees in a tight coil with her body slightly tilted off her stomach here are some pictures.

Looks like you might have missed her ovy, that looks like tail suck to me. Here is a pic that I took of one of mine.

When you entered the forum under a specific topic on the top of the page there should be an icon saying create new thread click on that and that should work.

That pic was taken in the day she ovulated. She was not happy with me and didn't want to cooperate, so that was the best pic she let me get.
When was her last shed? You could be waiting on a shed then eggs or just waiting in eggs, depending on how long ago her last shed was.

That would be awful quick for a pre-ovy shed, ovy, and a pre-lay shed. I can't say that it can't happen that quickly, but I've never experienced that myself. After she sheds this time, just keep an eye on her behavior. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, hoping for eggs in 5-6 weeks or so.
