    Aw shoot...
I suddenly find myself so very enamored with cow retics, but there is no way I'll be set up to properly house a giant (even a little one) before the ban goes into effect, even if USARK does get the cut off pushed back by a year.

    Boo.

Anyone know of good retic breeders in Washington for the future?

I sure hope that you can find someone. I know that Sauzo would like to pick up a SD or GC down the road. Maybe between the two of you, y'all can find a breeder home bound.

I have also been looking for WA breeders. State not DC? Same issue, I can't have them in my city and even if I did I don't have the $3,000 on me to get the pair to make cows.. So sad right now.

Yes, state. I feel im pretty well screwed on getting one. Didn't really plan any time soon anyways. I have been eyeballing Scoria boas :tongue2:but I imagine those are expensive like thousands as I have only seen 1 guy breeding them and he doesn't have any up and I cant find a price anywhere for them.

Clearly we need to all pool our money and buy a pair to breed babies for everybody :D

Have patience. I know breeders who are working together within each state to make sure that someone who keeps retics has at least one example of the known genes within the state. So, you may not be able to buy a cow retic today in your state, but in 5-10 years they'll be available once the babies that have the "ingredients" grow up and start reproducing.

I haven't been able find anyone working with retics in Washington in general. Have any names of breeders I should keep track of?
