    New enclosure dillema
I acquired an adult male about a 5 days ago and he's in a 20l tank right now. He's yet to feed bc he's coming out of breeding but I wanna put him in a 40g tank. Should I leave him in the 20l till he at least feeds or should I go ahead and switch him in to the bigger tank? Thanks for any responses

Calm down cookie some of us were at work :P

A 20L is too small for an adult from my understanding. However I have no EXP with this, so I'll provide a bump to see if anyone else has a thought.

Sorry lol, I'm chomping at the bit here bc I know a 20l is too small and I want him to be comfortable. I have the larger tank I just need to set it up and get the temps right. I'm just not sure if I should wait till he feeds or do it now

I would think just switch him now, let him settle for a week, then feed him. One more week of not eating should not be a big deal

I was thinking that too, I just didn't wanna jump the gun unneccessarily. Thanks for the advise :)
