    A few more general questions
Where is the best place online to purchase supplies for my bp? Such as lights, uth, etc.

What is the best way to monitor the temp and humidity in my tank?

What is the optimal temp for the warm side? The cool side? And what's optimal humidity?

I'm sure these questions are answered elsewhere, but I'm on my phone and can't navigate properly.

Thanks so much for the help. Trying to help my teen care for her new reptile friends.

There are tons of places, I like http://www.lllreptile.com/ I am in Canada so I use a Canadian supplier often. there are a number of large general suppliers that have great products.

thermostats I tend to buy them direct. My personal choice is herpstat (http://spyderrobotics.com) they have fantastic service. helix are also very good. Ecozone and herpkeeper offer the most advanced features but they are very complex to use.

    the optimal temps are,

80ºF cool side (with a 5ºF tolerance up or down) 90ºF hot side with a 3ºF tolerance. The air temperature should be around 80ºF as well but not below 75ºF or over 85ºF for long. There are other methods that use different temps so you may see differences here.
