Notifications

Ok, It's been awhile ... is there a way to get notifications that somebody responded on a post you posted on without adding it to you subscriptions? Thanks!

I don't think so. But if you posted in a thread (or created a thread) then you are automatically subscribed to it, unless you intentionally unsubscribe afterward. There are different levels of notification that you can choose from, though. You may need to look in your UserCP and see how yours is set. It's not real flexible though. If you choose to get e-mail alerts, it will alert you to a reply in every thread you're subscribed to. There's no way to pick and choose, that I'm aware of, except to consciously unsubscribe from threads you have no interest in.
