    I have a 4month old ball python and i need to no how big should it be to no if i'm on the right track.How fat, and what size rodent should it be eating?

    Well it all depends........some snakes of the same age are totally differnt sizes (both in length and in girth)

    It all depends on how girthy your snake is,my ball python is about 23 inches and i feed her small rats.

    Just feed your snake whatever fits,make it as big as the thickest part of the snakes body (or a little bigger)

    Size will depend on how well it HAS been eating but if it is 4 months old you will likely be on some various size of mouse.

    Yeah thats what i was tryin to say in my post :D

    Ok lets say there are two bp's in a pet store, the same age and length, then two differnt people buy them and feed them differntly.Obviously the one who gets more food (and the right size) will be bigger and the snake who gets less will be smaller.Pretty simple really.
