    Taking a snake to class
On the 30th if this month I'm giving an informative speech on any topic I want for my speech class. For my attention getter I am going to use one of my ball pythons as a visual aid. However, the room is cold, like 60*-75* (that's Floridian freezing lol). I will only be speaking for 5-7 minutes and I think that I can have a friend r family member hold onto the snake outside until I go to speak. How would you guys pull this off?
I have several 72 hour heat packs and plenty of deli cup containers that I can put the snake in for transportation. Should I use a tub in a large brown paper bag with the heat pack? Or one of those pillow case bags. It had been about 80* outside lately so would the snake be fine in the building with just the heat pack?
Would it be better to just get a rubber snake lol. If it would be too stressful/risky for the snake then I'll just use a toy snake.

    Thank you

You're not gonna need anything. He'll be fine for the short amount of time he's inside the classroom.

my college is on the other side of town so I would have to take the snake for like 5 hours (transpiration issues), then I have to sit in class for an hour and 15 minutes to wait through all my classmates speeches.
I should have said that in the first place. Will it be fine without all that, or?

Snake in a bag, bag on your lap during class & transport if public transportion, if you're driving he can be bagged & in a tub.

Make sure the bag is tied & secured very well!

I did this a couple times in college - If you're nervous about temps, pack them up like you would to ship them. I brought one of my boas in during winter time... put her in a bag, then in a box with a couple heat packs. She stayed nice and cozy and came out just fine.

So today's the day! I have her in an inside out pillowcase with ripped up newspaper. That is in a small tub with a 72hr heat pack. I'm in the locker room deciding if I should take er with me or leave her in the locker until before class? If the tub fits in my backpack then I will do that. Aside from that I'm ready to deliver my speech like a boss.

Also I just realized I do not know how to tie a tie!!!!

Update: an hour and a half until class. I went to locker room and the fumes from crappy body spray were strong. I have moved her to a secluded spot and have the tub in my lap
