My First BP-White Diamond BEL Progression
My first ball python just got dropped off at Fed Ex in NY from Cutting Edge Herp. He will be to my home in warm Southern California by tomorrow at noon. He is a White Diamond Blue Eyed Leucistic bred from two Russo Het Leucistics. He is a little over 4 months old. Wishing him luck on his trip home to me. I thought I'd start my progression thread now. Here he is!

    He arrived!
He arrived safely this morning around 10:30 am! He is much smaller than I imagined and such a cutie. When I took him out of the bag he was fine and dandy, just very still and in shock from the trip. I put him in his tub after doing a quick check on his body and snapping a few pictures. Now he is happily resting in his hide after the long trip across the country.

In one of the pics (3rd pic) I noticed a few white dots or indents on his skin, is this something to be concerned about? It might be scars from live food or some sort of mite. Does anyone know? I am sure he is fine, but I just want to make sure he is 100% happy and healthy. Thanks.

I'm also worried that he is slightly bug eyed. Does he look that way to anyone else? I may just be hypersensitive because this is my BEL and I have been looking at so many BEL pictures lately. I love him all the same, but it looks that his eyes are a bit bulgy.

Maybe they are a little big. But if you love him then I'm sure it doesn't matter

And about the eye. Maybe some pieces of the paper towel is on it. Or he needs humidity

That's my bel. I think she has pretty normal eyes.

Oh good, I think mine looks similar to yours, so his eyes are most likely normal. They are such a beautiful morph. I am glad to own one.
