FedEx Major Delays from Memphis hub

FedEx had a national weather delay at the Memphis hub last night. For those tracking snakes, I wish you luck. I have been fighting through agents and supervisors all day, have 3 tickets put in, and finally got to a lady locally and got the cell phone number of the driver who has the package, and was extremely rudely told to go meet the driver across town if its that important to me . . . Best of all, no refunds or partial refunds on shipments due to weather clause in place. . .

Safe arrival to all the lost, delayed, or otherwise stressed animals today. *sigh*

Luckily I don't have a reptile shipment delayed, but I do have a shipment of rats & mice stuck somewhere. To make matters worse, it's a replacement for an order that went missing on Monday of last week after being picked up by FedEx at the shipper's location and was never heard from again. Ughh

I would be going crazy if it was a live animal! Crossing my fingers all ends well for everyone affected!
