Can any one help?

Hi first time owner of a ball pythons just gone in and saw her lying on her side does anyone no what's wrong with her? She has been paired up with a male but don't think they mated

How long has she been laying like that since you have noticed?

When you said paired up, do you mean you are trying to breed them currently? Have you tried to pick her up at all or you don't want to because of the position she's in?

She's my bf snake so I would Assume it to breed. And I wouldn't pick her up unless my bf was here

If it is a breeding related issue, I can't help since I have no experience breeding. If it is your boyfriend's snake and you don't take care of it, it will be hard to figure out if anything is wrong since most people will ask for enclosure and husbandry info. If you can't provide that info, it would be tough to figure out. Does your bf know about what the snake is doing?

Just gone back to check on her and she's lying normal now I'll post in the breeding forum thanks
