Confused (Semantics)

What is up with poo (i.e. what could easily be feces) being referred to as p00 here? Did I miss some |337 revolution?

Haha...well I don't know. I guess a few people use it as a way to pretty up the usual word. I guess it just looks cuter? lol..I dunno... I just spell it that way cuz I'm used to the "1337" language from playing Counter-Strike all the time, so it just comes out that way. :(

That one can be traced to/blamed on Smulkin, as far as I know. And ya know, people are sheep so we copied him, at least some of us sometimes.

Why not - it is a herculean effort to "keep it clean" for me so I guess I overcompensate in the opposite direction. Like bewbs or something I guess :P Also because I won't miss an opportunity to deride any "|337" linguistics (unless I can use it sarcastically to my advantage).

Hey I am just thrilled the word semantics got used - there's hope for us yet ;)

Wow you're joking right? Haha...I can't understand binary for the life of me. It's bad enough that I know "1337" a bit from playing Counter-strike. I'd feel so nerdy if I was all into binary too. :)
