Need Help Uploading Avatar and Profile Picture Please!

For some reason it is not letting me upload any photos, avatars, or profile pics... Is it because I am new? I am very confused and help would be much appreciated... Thanks! :D

Ok it is a JPEG file, meets the required size, smaller actually, and the dimensions are smaller :( but I am sure I will figure it out, thanks for the reply! :P

Just keeps giving me the same "Unable to Save Image" :(

Now, it did let me use a URL for my Signature but not for my Avatar... I don't understand :confusd:

How did you figure it out? It's been ages since I did mine. :oops:

Hmmm, I'll pass it on to the tech peoples.

I will look into it--I think we had a similar issue once before when we updated VBulletin files, which we did again recently.
