    Just made a humid hide for one of my girls (firefly). I was wondering what temp it should stay at. It's at around 75 now, but gets lower around 70.

    Well, it would be better if it were on the warmer side of the tank. So in my opinion 85-90 is good.

    Are you measuring ambient temps under it or surface? 80-84 ambient temp range is what I would target. The warmer the air is the more humidity it can hold.

    Always keep in mind Relative humidity is relative and when measuring it you need to also measure the air temp. With out the air temp it is like asking for a 15% deposit on a snake and never telling you the price, pointless.
