Sperm retention

I was wondering if balls retain sperm? I am asking because i paired my lemonblast and pastel in November and got some locks. Well my pastel (female) has gained a full pound sense she was paired.

She quit eating about 3 weeks ago and has really swelled. Hence what inspired me to weigh the snakes (and a couple have gone off feed) husbandry is up to snuff etc etc. So can they/ how often do they retain sperm. Not sure if i feel follicles, i am not sure what i am feeling for/ proper techniques.

Seems like a lot of weight to put on in just 3 months

They are definitely known to retain sperm - quite often between seasons.

Ok, well here's to hoping. Is the weight gain consistant with what a female puts on. And checking my records i was mistaken, she has put on 284 grams, right at 9 ounces. She was 1,326 and is now 1,600.
