    Curious about cleaning tank
Does anyone have any suggestions about what to use to clean/disinfect my python's habitat?

Bleach and new bedding. Wash out the tank real good before putting the bedding back in

Use the search feature. You will find a ton of info on what to use and what to do.

    Thanks
Okay, thanks. I just figured the bleach would be bad for him or something. But I guess if it's diluted it would be okay? I like more natural things but I guess bleach would definitely kill any bacteria in his tank.

Bleach is not the only thing out there.

I start off with chlorhexidine. This link is just to show you what it is. Search for a better price and better shipping. http://www.amazon.com/Bimeda-Inc-Chl...AJKE5QBACFT9PG

Once Im done cleaning with that I finish with this natural cleaner. It really works well to deodorize my cages.

My snakes are removed when I performing a deep clean but for spot cleaning the Healthy Habitat can be used with the animal still inside.
