Another morph/gene combo question
Ok so before I think about breeding and what list of animals I want to work on, I have another quick question about genes. So from reading the basics on genes here I want to make sure I understand this. If I take a dominant gene animal like a Pinstripe that is either het for pied or visual pied and breed it to my pied girl, I would come out with pinstripe pieds right? And if I took say a co dominant animal like a butter or enchi or fire or lesser which is het for pied or visual pied and bred that to my pied girl, I would get visual co domiant pied animals like enchi pieds or fire pieds etc? And the last thing, how come I cant find anything on butter pieds? I ask this because I was thinking if I got a lesser or butter het or visual pied male and then a butter or lesser female, I could make BELs with them and also breed the male to my pied girl and get co dominant visual pieds.
Re: Another morph/gene combo question
The butter pied has been produced, it is a 100% white snake, like the lesser pieds typically are. They are both really nice, if you like white snakes. They are pure white, no spots, speckles, tints, or anything else, just white.
Here is one of the lesser pieds that I produced 2 years ago. The lighting wasn't great, so she looks like she has a pink tint to her, but she is really pure white.
