    Feeding for size?
I don't have a BP yet (I will very soon though :D) and I've been reading this forum literally nonstop for weeks. I think I've moved past the extremely newbie questions, however I won't be done asking new ones anytime soon.

One question I have now, is whether or not the way you feed determines how big your snake will get.
I don't really have a gender preference (Im not sure theres really any habitual differences between them,) but the only concern I have is how big the female COULD get.

Is there a way to like, not overfeed to the point where my first female ends up 5000 grams and 6 feet long? Or is it just you get what you get?

A snake will have an ending length that is the same no matter what. The difference is how fast they get there. Feeding more of course means they will grow faster but this can also cause them to be over weight and have issues like fatty liver.

I personally like to grow my snakes slow and have never used any accelerated feeding practices to try to get them bigger faster.
