persusasive speech

So I have this persusasive speech I have to write for my coms class (it's not due for a while, but I'd like to have it written and out of the way for a while).

Anyway, I was thinking about writing the speech on the "moral responsiblity of keeping pets (or herps, but probably pets). Any thoughts, good/bad, not a persusasive enough topic?

yeah that would be a cool peice to write. my teachers would love it because i have already convinced half of them to buy a bp or a corns snake(most corn snake still a little squemish). I would be happy to write a report like that because it would be so easy lol.

I would think its a persusasive enough topic. I would love to also write that speech. Good luck!
