My carpet python won't eat

So I have just bought a carpet python and I've fed it twice since I've had it,(every Wednesday) now for the last 3days it won't eat live or dead food, it also sounded like it was starting to get a RI when I bought it, it seems to be getting better but she will not eat? Any help?

I have no experience with Carpets, but hope to get one.

I always heard that they were hearty eaters. That being the case, and IF he is on the mend, I don't think a skipped meal will hurt him.
Once he gets over the RI, he'll be back on track.
