I need some help, i think i am geting crazy!
    Hey everyone,

on February 2nd my pastel het. Piebald female shed, it wasn't a clean shed but i was able to help her out with the rest by giving her a bath and i checked if the shed had her eye caps and it had.
February 9th was the next scheduled feeding day and she didn't want to eat, I didn't think much of it then as well ... she is a BP after all :D

Today was cleaning day and to my surprise she is in shed again!!

Please someone tell me this is one of those things that sometime just happens to some snakes?

i am really feeling like i am going crazy, i mean she did shed on February 2nd and now she is in shed again.

    please help me out!

    Thanks for reading,

    Andrew.

There are some things which cause them to shed more often.

    Does she have any injuries?

    What weight is she?

Has she been introduced to any males?

My Pied Male was shedding every 2 weeks for a good few months. I emailed every breeder I know and brought him to the vet to no avail. He had no other issues. Long story short he was more sensitive to humidity than the other snakes in the same rack. I drilled a few more holes in his tub and his shedding went back to normal. Not saying this is the answer, but if all else fails.

    thanks all.

Does she have any injuries? She had some small wounds on her belly before the last shed and after that shed it looked a lot better.

What weight is she? she weighs +/-750 grams

Has she been introduced to any males? nope she is to young/small :)

so yeah maybe because of the small wounds on her belly. ah well i'll keep an eye on it :)
