Re: Stuck eye cap question.
Also, I will try to post pics soon. I tried snapping one earlier but my camera on my phone would just not focus close enough on the eye so it would come out clear.
Re: Stuck eye cap question.
Another thing with him I have noticed is that he moves slower than normal. He also will stay in the position I put him down in for a long time...don't know if that's anything to be concerned about

Yeah they are dented in. I can't really tell how many layers there are if there even are more than one. They are pretty noticeable though

Re: Stuck eye cap question.
If his eyes are dented in then it sounds like he's dehydrated. I would keep his humidity higher than normal until his next shed, and see if they don't come off then. He may also remove them himself before his next shed once he rehydrates.
Re: Stuck eye cap question.
I would do some nice soaks and also boost tank humidity

Here is the best pic I could get. Both eyes are like this. I have kept humidity pretty high since yesterday and he seemed a little more active when I just picked him up to check on him and snap the pics. I probably will do a soak later or tomorrow to see how that does.

Re: Stuck eye cap question.
Well just as an update, he has started wheezing and after trying vaseline and the water bottle tricks, I have only been able to move the eye caps a little so he will be seeing the vet today. Thanks for all the help guys, but this one is out of my hands right now, I tried everything I could but hopefully if I ever run into this situation again I will be able to handle it myself.
