Anybody ever had a pro-Products heat panel quit working. There's power to it but no heat. Tried a new plug, different thermostat, and plugging directly into an outlet. No success. It was only about 4 months old. I have other panels from them that are over 10yrs old with never an issue. I sent it back to the company in hopes for a replacement.
