Bacteria of FT mice can build up from gut flora
that remain after freezing. If your mice are irradiated they might last longer, but I usually only leave a mouse in the tank for a half hour or so. My ball Delphi generally won't eat a mouse that is less than 95 degrees F, so if she doesn't take it quick she doesn't take it. Over night might not hurt, but I wouldn't go that long.
I feed at 10:30 pm the mouse is gone by 11:00 on way or another.

Thanks. I'm finding a few degrees to cool and no dice also. I always just used warm running water till they were warm no frozen bits in the middle but this snake wants a hot dinner. if still damp also will get the same not interested responce. The hairdryer tip I got here was great until my daughter saw why I kept using her drier! I replaced hers and use the old one for a designated rat warmer now.
