Brock Wagner, Outstanding Service!!
Last month I purchased a male banana woma ball python from Brock Wagner. The snake looked great and had a strong feeding response the first week. Unfortunately, there was an issue after about 4-5 weeks of receiving the animal. Brock made things right and immediately replaced the animal with another male banana woma at no charge. He sent it out quickly and was quick to answer all my questions and address my concerns in a professional manner, even though he had no obligation to do so. If Brock has anything you are interested in; buy from him!! He is a great person to do business with and offers excellent customer service.
