    sick snake?
Hi. I received a male calico ball python today. When I got him he was pretty cold. I noticed he was doing something with his throat. . It was moving like a lizard and then I would hear a clicking noise. I don't see any mucus on his nose.. no mites.. clear eyes. He seems great besides that one thing. Could it be because he was cold and now needs to adjust to the right temperature? My bumblebee made a clicking noise when I first recieved her.. she was extremely cold and wasn't moving at all also but the noise went away after 2 days... any ideas on what this is?

I'd keep an eye on it - and check the waterbowl and other cage furniture for signs of mucus.

Is the snake looking like it is coming up to a shed?

No dosent look like he is going into shed. His eyes are very clear. I just have never seen a ball python flex his throat
