Using dimmer with CHE

I went to home depot looking for a dimmer for our 150 watt CHE. I couldn't find one that specifically listed the heaters but this was the most inclusive one I found. Had anyone used this, or something similar? It looks like it can handle 600 watts. My lamp is rated to 250.http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/15...bdd45516e9.jpg

That's the exact kind I use for my CHE, I've been using it for about 5 months now and it works perfect.
