What do you do with your substrate

What do you do with yours? Throw it away, recycle, re-use. I just switched back to eco earth, and to prevent drying and too low humidity i added a layer of moist moss. When i clean the cages i throw the dirt, and moss in my fron yard under bushes.

Definitely throw away. Newspaper and Paper Towels here :)

The lady I love with keeps a garden so I put my left overs in the compost pile, coconut husk and reptibark, she loves it

i use repti-carpet so i just wash it and reuse it. which is recycling in it's own way i suppose.

I use reptibark.

It's great in a bowl w/ cold milk over it :) ( you know us older folks need our fiber)

Just kidding, I drop mine off in the dumpster.

i toss it out back in my backyard... dont plant anything though.

i use aspen wood i just throw it away

I realized I voted for recycle, but until I use up all the aspen, I will probably just throw it away. The brown expandable susbstrate I can put out next to the bushes and it won't be a big deal. If I had a house it'd go onto a compost heap.

I've also been collecting newspapers (yay for free college papers) so eventually my bp will probably be on that.
