I typically recommend waiting a bit to get to know your snake...each one is an individual, and you may find a better name as you get to know her personality.
Just my $.02...

Did you get a blood at the NE expo today?? I was there :-D Showed up kinda late though... Crimson sounds pretty cool. I tried to think of other "bloody" names... but... I guess I'm not too creative this evening. Congrats :)

Moved to the Blood Python forum.
Got any pics of him/her yet? Depending on how red .. crimson would be good. I like KLG's thought about finding out a personality too, i've got a bp that needed to be named Grace ;)

Perspective - I have a completely psycho WC Bangka Island blood named "Summer, Donna." Took me awhile to come up with the name, but it fits...and most folks get a laugh out of it once they figure it out.

sorry about that I just figured that naming a snake really had nothing to do with the species and if I put it in the blood python section I wouldn't get many responses. sorry again.

I don't want to sound like an expert but I got my blood python for 125 dollers and she has an allright temperment she jumps alot from what I have expierenced but that is normal for bloods. And from the looks of it you have a good amount of expierence with snakes.
