    First frozen mouse feeding.
I just gave Checkers a thawed large mouse today and he ate it right up! He had grown up on live when his old owner had him so I was not sure, but I waved it in his tank and he snapped at it so I put him in the feeder box and he devoured it! My baby was hungry! Not sure if it was 100% thawed because it was in my fiance's truck while we went shopping for like 2 hours and it was warm in the truck like 65 degrees or so because we had a wind storm so it is warm outside. We live in Alaska so the weather is odd, and the mouse was squishy. He is in his tank on the heat pad so if his belly is a little cold he won't freeze. Besides he was lost in our home for 2 weeks on concrete floors (only that way till we can afford carpet. So he has been chilly before.

If it wasn't, there's a good chance you'll find out in a day or two.

You'll find out first-hand the rank stench of a regurgitation. There's no mistaking an odor so foul...

USually its recommended you blowdry (warm) the frozen prey item first to make sure no Ice formation is left inside, could be very bad for the snake if there is.
For me a day before feeding I take it out the freezer into the fridge then blowdry it right before feeding to make sure its completely thawed and warm.
